Starting in 2007 Industrial Control Solutions, Inc began offering paid medical insurance to all employees. Taking care of our ICS family is of the utmost importance to us. The growth of our business has allowed us to offer improved benefits to our employees. 

Time Off:

At ICS, Inc. We recognize the importance of time for family, relaxation, and life outside of work in general! This is why we proudly extended the amount of paid vacation time we offer in 2015. ICS, Inc. is now providing up to four weeks for qualifying employees.

Retirement: 

We also initiated a matching 401k pension plan to the qualifying employees. This plan is professionally managed to ensure maximum increase in funds.
