These repairs were done in ICS, Inc’s facility, after repairs were done; our engineers delivered the repaired equipment to our customer. Critical KOMATSU press down time was reduced immensely: we delivered repairs, installed them and restarted production. We worked late- almost to the following morning, but we achieve the goal: restarting production, relieving management and the maintenance crew. All of the factory management shook our engineer’s hands.
This was just one victory out of many. We were and always will be to help our customers to achieve their production goals.
