Exchange program
We will exchange your damaged unit with another one from our extensive inventory. In a situation where we do not have the required item in stock, we will search for it to offer you the needed replacement part.
Order
The order for the exchange has to be received by fax (502-493-1354) before 2 p.m. Eastern time. One of our representatives will contact you by fax, email or phone to inform you about the price and availability on the requested item.
Responsibility
You are responsible to ship your item(s) to ICS, Inc by Next Day Air service, the same day you place your order. ICS Inc. must be informed about the shipping method as well as the carrier's tracking number for the item(s) being shipped.
Terms of service
We will issue an invoice to you only after receiving and evaluating your unit. You will be billed for the agreed price, according to the quotation. Extra charges will apply if:
- The item returned to us proves to be in non-repairable condition, disassembled, or with missing parts. In a situation when unit received proves to be in a non-repairable condition we will contact you with options.
- We received your item later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern time. We will not bill you for the delays due to carrier mishandling.
