For example a very useful tool for a maintenance crew to have would be the ICS 0745-56 Encoder tester. This device was designed and manufactured by ICS, Inc per request of our customers, and has helped maintenance personnel in a multitude of manufacturing facilities to avoid removal of heavy equipment, such as servomotors, from machinery during troubleshooting to check up on the motor’s encoder.
